So to reach your trading account, open MetaTrader 4 and sign in with the account number and password your broker sent you when you opened the account. Your balance, your open positions and your history all live there, not here.
Lost those details? Your broker’s support desk can reissue them. We cannot, because we never had them.

Why There Is No Customer Dashboard
Some people expect a SmartAlgoTrade login because most online services work that way. Ours does not, and that is deliberate. Your money stays in your own regulated brokerage account. You open it yourself and you control it yourself. We never hold it, move it, or have access to it, so there is nothing for us to give you a password to.
The practical upside is that you can withdraw at any time without asking us, and switch the robot off whenever you want. The trade-off is the small confusion this page exists to clear up.
